homeowner Dues

Dues are payable upon receipt.  Dues are past due in 60 days and subject to the terms outlined in the Bylaws.  All fees incurred with the collection are the responsibility of the resident—including any disposition fee once the matter is fully paid.

 

Please include your street address or invoice number on your payment to ensure proper posting.  

You can pay by:

  • Check or money order.

  • Your bank's bill pay system.

  • Cash by contacting a board member who will issue a receipt.

  • Online payment with a bank card, Pay Pal or Venmo. This secure payment method is managed through QuickBooks Online/Intuit.

    • Note: You must enter your name to identify your dues payment so it can be properly posted to your account. In the “Customer Name” field, enter your name and provide your property address in parentheses after your name. For example: John Doe (14999 Santa Fe Trail). Be advised that there is a $6.20 convenience/processing fee added to your dues with this payment type for a total of $206.20 *.  Access bank card online payments by clicking here.

  • Online ACH payment which directly securely debits your bank account. This secure payment method is managed through QuickBooks Online/Intuit.

    • Note: You must enter your name to identify your dues payment so it can be properly posted to your account. In the “Customer Name” field, enter your name and provide your property address in parentheses after your name. For example: John Doe (14999 Santa Fe Trail) Be advised that there is a $2.05 convenience/processing fee added to your dues with this payment type for a total of $202.05 *.  Access direct debit ACH online payments by clicking here.
